By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the 103jili platform — including its website, mobile interface, gaming products, and support services — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with any supplemental rules, policies, or promotional terms published on the 103jili website from time to time.

103jili reserves the right to conduct eligibility verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to a compliance review. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe, may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 103jili platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts — whether under the same name, address, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited.

When registering a 103jili account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. Specifically, you warrant that:

Deposits:

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 103jili does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 103jili accepts no responsibility.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect in your 103jili wallet within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds into your 103jili account.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, KYC verification must be completed in full. This includes submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day.
• 103jili reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct, pending investigation.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all 103jili promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.

• All game outcomes on 103jili are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or by live dealer dealing procedures, as applicable. 103jili does not interfere with, override, or manipulate game outcomes.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or such regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms as may be applicable under Philippine gaming law.

103jili's decisions regarding account actions — including the closure of accounts found to be in breach of these Terms — are final and are not subject to reversal absent a finding of manifest error or bad faith on the part of the Company.
